Update the ITD workspace regional canvas

Description: The ITD workspace canvas needs to be updated to include all essential information related to class logistics and participant support. This will ensure all necessary resources are readily available to participants. The following updates must be made to the canvas:

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] Physical Location of Class: Add a section specifying the address and entry instructions for in-person classes.
• [x] Calendar: display key dates, sessions, and deadlines.
• [x] Contact Email: Provide a clear contact email for questions or support related to the course.
• [x] Access Needs Form: Link the access needs form to ensure participants can submit their requirements.
• [x] Signposts: Add a link to Signposts for additional guidance and participant support.

@SallyMcGrath @kfklein15 please could you take a look at the following Canvas for ITD workspace regional slack and let me know if you have feedback? Some of the details (times for virtual sessions) need to be updated, but this is a suggested structure for the page.

• missing elements - the fire safety & the emergency contact for the day - this still needs to fleshed out and added.
