Background ITP learners will have signed up as trainees and need to know if they have been accepted or not

Acceptance criteria

Use the template 7 On Application for Enrolment
Identify which trainees passed or didn't pass on the spreadsheet
- Identified as Step 1 finished on Dashboard
- Passed Rainbird
- Valid English certificate
- Valid Accredible certificate
Send the correct template
This will be a daily process
