Background G has worked with London volunteers on getting laptops ready to work The idea is making them all ready so laptops can be sent out from London to all locations

Acceptance criteria

[x] Identify 2/3 volunteers that can manage this
[x] Take the volunteer/s through the Inventory management system.
[ ] #198
[x] Coordinate volunteer to condition laptops for future use.

@kfklein15 added you to this ticket for the 'take the volunteer through the Inventory management system' part. when I am back from holiday I will also set up a time wirh you to go through it so I can manage it.
