Assess and Coordinate Space Logistics for ITD, ITP, and BOS Programs in Holborn

Description: With three different groups (ITD, ITP, and BOS) using the Holborn office, we need to evaluate the space logistics and ensure that each program has adequate space and resources. Currently, the Thinking Room is being considered for ITD sessions, but it may be too small. Additionally, there may be a need for more chairs and other resources to accommodate all learners comfortably.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [x] Room Assignments: Assess whether the Thinking Room is suitable for ITD sessions or if another space arrangement would be more effective.
• [x] Resource Needs: Confirm if additional chairs or other furniture are required and arrange for any necessary rentals or purchases.
• [x] Confirm expected attendees for each course

• Input from volunteers for ITD, ITP, and BOS on space needs and preferred layouts.

Ordered more chairs (25) to accomadate the number of attendees. Limited the number of people attending each session to:

• BOS: 20
• ITD: 30 ( 2 x sessions of 15)
