Define tickets to deliver ITP Track "AI Essentials"

Background

All these courses are scheduled as milestones and are expected to have tickets belonging to them covering roughly these areas:

[ ] the date is confirmed with CPI partner
[ ] 15 to 20 eligible people have enrolled and have joined slack channel
[ ] expenses reimbursement has been set up and communicated
[ ] suitable venue has been booked and the location communicated to class and CPI partner
[ ] slack channel and canvas storing all this information has been created

And a tracking ticket to connect this work to the ITP track milestone it relates to. These courses belong to ITP tracks, which are also set as milestones on this repo.

Most tracks will be tickets not milestones but these dates are agreed with an external delivery partner so they need to be on the roadmap. I have set this up in advance of our ops meeting to be discussed.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] The tickets covering the above listed checklist are defined
[ ] A tracking ticket listing these tickets is defined and added to the ITP tracks milestone.
