@SallyMcGrath build a track template in the new curriculum format.

@CodeYourFuture/cyf-programme-team define review and approval process with @CodeYourFuture/syllabus-team before tracks can be accepted

Update on this

I'm porting Cloud and trying to get vols to respond I've drafted Design and met with Alec about that

I think microcreds will help
