Cohort Founders Workshop

As part of extended onboarding for cohort founders, this workshop's objective would be for volunteers to understand how to be effective Cohort Founders and understand the primary objectives of CYF and the programme.

Question: would this workshop occur before, during or after CF selection/sign-up?

This workshop should take place once the cohort founders have signed up. In the sign-up process, we should make it clear we're looking for:

• senior developers
• folks with a commitment to facilitating and leading for the duration of a whole cohort
• ??

The criteria above are broadly what @MarianaVazquezCYF used when she recruited WM5/NW6 cohort founders

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Surface this is an issue within the cohort planning board so this workshop is incorporated into the cohort launch process
• [ ] Create and link to any resources used for the cohort founders' workshop e.g. Miro Board

This isn't to say we necessarily accept the premise here and just execute, but understand this as a request or description of a problem (and you may have a different solution)

@Dedekind561, @LaraHuzjan and I did a bit of a brainstorming on this which is on this Miro board + screenshot.

This workshop should be an in-person (or virtual) to set the tone for cohort founders. Each box needs to be detailed in further tickets.

1. What is the priority on this?
2. Who should be the owner of this?

Tagging @lilianabermudes too since she had done a lot of cohort work before, if I remember right.
