Create MVP of PD Milestone

Background We have agreed on using Milestones to measure PD coursework, but we need to define how the calculation of it would work. We have five competencies:

• Communication/English Level
• Problem Solving
• Time/Project Management
• Teamwork
• Confidence Milestone identification per competency is done in 3 levels
• Emerging - Level 1
• Developing - Level 2
• Established - Level 3

Acceptance criteria

• We will use the same logic as the current milestone:
  • Below Milestone: not done all Key and Mandatory coursework
  • On Milestone: done all Key and Mandatory coursework
  • Above Milestone: done all Key and Mandatory coursework + at least 1 Stretch coursework (or at least 1 Stretch for every competency?)
• We should have one final overview of Tech + PD with a 50/50% value
• We should also visualise the breakdown to identify if the trainee is failing on Tech OR PD
