JS3 Sprint 2 - update timings and coursework

Why do you want to suggest this update? Feedback from NW6 is that the PD content has time estimations that they cannot fulfil. They also mentioned that most of our coursework is set as mandatory, which it shouldn't.

Timing process suggestion

• [ ] Open the current content (intro, prep, exercise, coursework)
• [ ] Paste it into your AI of preference, asking how long someone with a B2 level of English would take to read this
• [ ] Use the slowest or average + X%
• [ ] Update the timing accordingly
• [ ] Review what other content/exercise must be removed

Coursework Per sprint we should have

• 1 key coursework
• 1 Mandatory coursework
• Rest should be stretch coursework

Document necessary changes as a comment

• Changes should be done in CMS by the volunteres
• Coursework change will be done by @kfklein15
• Must be changed on Module Coursework, CMS and Test Coursework for PD Milestone

Hi @alfonsocanuk, I see that you are suggesting to leave most of the timings the same, but add an additional 30 minutes to the prep for JS3/ sprint 2. This would make the total of the prep (90 mins) + classwork for JS3/sprint 1 (180 mins) to be more than the 4 hours allowed. Are you imagining we would have to remove some of the JS3/sprint 1 coursework, or make it optional?

I think the other two are important and therefore we should keep them as mandatory. Just a thought.

It is the coursework in sprint 1 that would have to be reduced or made stretch, not the coursework in sprint 2. However, I've looked again at your suggestion to increase the prep of sprint 2 to 90 minutes and I really think it can be left at 60 minutes. I really don't think they will take 35 minutes learning and creating a mind map, but instead they should be able to create it while reading/researching the four articles.

I changed the SWOT analysis to Stretch The Development plan is showing in week 1 for me, not week 2.

Updates done on CMS too.
