Things to keep in mind when doing the FP content.

Time management (can FP be doable while working full-time), running out of time
What if conflicts happen/someone is slacking off
The roles they'll have in the team (full-stack...)
Teamwork (someone not commiting or not being compatible to work together)

This info comes from the current trainees and the worries they expressed during feedback.
