The current Time Management exercise is 2 hours long and is in induction. I would like it to be split into smaller exercises so that we can add them to Fundamentals weeks rather than waiting for induction.

To be considered:
[ ] 60 min coursework available in Fundamentals Week 2: could the research be done here?
[ ] 120 min available in Fundamentals Week 3
[ ] Tickets must be created in the correct repo
[ ] Answers from trainees are focussing on software and apps instead of time management theories (not sure this is the right word). Review if this is what we want.
