JS1-Module success

For clarity purposes and a better overview of the cohort's ability to move to the next module, there will be a simplified module success assessment. The existing one is not that useful.

• There will be 5 items that have to be done for the module to be complete and therefore the cohort to move to the next one.
• 3 will be tech-related and 1-2 PD-related per module.
• Example of a Tech one: 70% of the cohort is at or beyond milestones.

Suggested module success criteria:

• You have asked 1 technical question on Slack using asking good technical questions method
• You have written 1 email to apply for an internship
• You have provided to and received feedback & actionable points from a fellow trainee

I suggest this one below to be considered based on experience I had with trainees that didn't fully understand what was available out there in the tech industry until well into the program. I think trainees need to know this early in case they need to switch paths:

• Identified the different roles in the tech industry and the skills required by each of them.
