Upload Node(Servers)-Module success

For clarity purposes and a better overview of the cohort's ability to move to the next module, there will be a simplified module success assessment. The existing one is not that useful.

• There will be 5 items that have to be done for the module to be complete and therefore the cohort to move to the next one.
• 3 will be tech-related and 1-2 PD-related per module.
• Example of a Tech one: 70% of the cohort is at or beyond milestones.

Suggested module success items:

1. Trainees have prepared an elevator pitch
2. Trainees understand how to categorise measures by their stage in the value measurement chain (Input - Effort - Output - Outcome - Impact) and are able to prioritise tasks based on their perceived value and complexity.
3. Trainees are familiar with the STAR Method to help structure arguments or answers during an interview.

I've been assigned the Learning Objectives for the Node/Server module. Having reviewed them and suggested new learning objectives, my proposal for the module success is:

1. 100% of trainees have presented their elevator pitches
2. 100% of trainees have completed a mock interview with either another or an AI tool, using the STAR method to structure arguments
3. 100% of trainees have had their development plans reviewed

I know this breaks the rule of only one or two PD module success criteria, but I believe these are all essential.

I agree that it's important to have stricter and more measurable (essential) LOs and Measurable criteria. So let's avoid words such as 'trainees understand' as we can't know and measure that :)

Thanks, @wainwmr and @LaraHuzjan . I will change the 100% to every trainee, which is the language tech ed uses (https://cyf-curriculum.netlify.app/js3/success/). I want to keep only 2 since we'll have the PD Milestones in the future. Can you choose one to be dropped, please? :) I trust you.
