If we are happy with them, see how we can replicate them as per below goals:

• Find and share eight job openings that are suitable for CYF grads and are not recruitment agencies.
• Apply to at least 2 “good” jobs per week and keep track of their progress in the grad tracker.

This looks good to me. I think it might be worthwhile explaining the reasoning behind not picking recruiter-posted jobs. That being that this is the first step in a networking effort and so it's worth having direct connections with companies that we can then approach.
