Background

The newly written PD role to be trialed and live soon.

Acceptance criteria

[x] Incorporate feedback from Jemima
[x] Incorporate feedback from Roger
[x] Incorporate feedback from Ben - waiting for his reply until 31.1
[x] Finalise the process of pairing Trainees and Coaches
[x] Review meeting timeline with curriculum content/classes
[ ] Talk to Cohort founders about trialing the role

Hi @LaraHuzjan I just noticed this ticket is on the PD Curriculum repo, not our PD-Prod-Emp. We can leave this here, but I will create a mileston on our board, so we can track the next tickets we need :)

@kfklein15 I've started looking at the 'aligning timeline of meeting with curriculum' and I think there is no need for us to have strict meeting topic. By that I mean we can keep them there but they don't necessarily have to be used in that cronological order (expect first and last meeting). The curriculum in build in block so we can move them around if needed and I think this'd be great for PD Coach meeting as well. I checked all the topics mentioned and it seems to work - it's all been talked about before

Great. What's the next ticket for this then? We probably should have a milestone "Launch PD Coach"
