Learning Objectives:

Sprint 1 Current: Analyse your previous job/education experience to identify the skills you can reuse as a developer Explain each type of feedback in 3 sentences In 5 sentences explain why transferable skills are important when becoming a Software Developer Apply the skill by providing constructive feedback on a peer's transferable skills text Give 3 examples of positive and negative feedback Update and share a Google sheet with your peers Identify your pair for the following week

Revised: (Prep) List at least 3 transferable skills you can use as a developer (Prep) Define 4 feedback types (Class) Identify 3 useful transferable skills for junior developers (Class) Provide constructive feedback for a peer (Class) Organise pairs for co-working

Sprint 2 Current: Understand active listening techniques and skills as well as good listening habits. Trainee to demonstrate the capacity to formulate open-ended questions Trainee to interpret what others are saying in the best way

Revised: (Prep) List 4 active listening techniques (Class) Ask 5 open-ended questions

Sprint 3 Current: Trainees will develop a presentation of technical concepts tailored for a specific audience Demonstrate the ability to adapt your communication to different audiences

Revised: (Prep) Prepare a technical presentation (Class) Deliver a technical presentation (Class) Adjust presentation style to 2 different audiences

Sprint 4 Current: Be able to explain what a SMART goal is Evaluate your learning process so far in the course. Organise common answers in the group about the trainees learning process so far. Be able to create SMART Goals for different scenarios Identify groups of people with similar availability that can work together

Revised: (Prep) Define a SMART goal (Prep) Draft an evaluation of the course (Class) Discuss as a group the progress of the course (Class) Create at least 3 SMART goals (Class) Organise pairs for co-working

@esma-g just so I understand...When we upload the new LOs, is the plan to only upload the revised or also add the current ones you haven't changed? For example in S1 we have 7 under current and 5 under revised. Just added a word :)

@LaraHuzjan I'm suggesting to use only the revised ones. I added the current ones for comparison.
