Background Canvas would help us make all our Slack channels more neat, easily accessible, and organised. It'd be easier for new volunteers to understand what their role is, which documents they need to read and use on a regular basis and where to find important links. Acceptance criteria: Canvas that has:

• [ ] short description of what we as a group do and how we function
• [ ] which channels to join
• [ ] who you can contact if needed
• [ ] meetings
• [ ] all links (PD meetings, Roadmap, Kanban Board, etc (please add if I missed something)
