Rationalise and delete ITD documentation

Context

A brief search for "ITD" in the google drive leads to many documents. I'm confident that many of them are now outdated or unnecessary.

As part of the Sheffield launch we should take this opportunity to collect critical data from existing docs and remove old documentation / and have it subsumed into one source (like issues on the cohort planning board)

Guidance

There is a lot of documentation around ITD - do not expect to remove it all in one iteration. This is a recurring issue that we should tackle periodically / every cohort launch. Therefore, whoever picks this up should strictly time-limit this piece of work. Otherwise it becomes overwhelming and no one tackles it 😁

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] 2 members of staff pair up for 60 mins max to rationalise ITD docs

Rough Strategy

Here is a rough strategy that might be useful for approaching this problem, feel free to adapt / discard as appropriate:

1. Identify all folders containing "ITD" on Google drive
2. Sort "Last modified" to the top
3. Label as ready for deletion or something appropriate
4. Double that it is good to delete them
