Introduce a "What should I do next?" work item to the last module of ITP #1085

We should introduce a new work-item in the last module if ITP to prompt people to think about what they should be doing after ITP.

Some example options we should present are:

  1. If eligible, apply for the Piscine
  2. If eligible, join Tracks
  3. If not eligible, consider other schools.
  4. If not in a CYF location or moving, be aware of some of our partners.

One of our main goals here is so that if people have done ITP who aren't eligible (e.g. for rainbird reasons) they have some time to think about next steps and make a plan, rather than be surprised at the last minute.

This doesn't have to happen for the current on-going run of ITP, but if it happens to that would be fine too!

Also we should mention "Here is some extra stuff you can learn" if there's a bit of time before the next Piscine.

I just drafted https://github.com/CodeYourFuture/Module-Data-Flows/issues/51 and https://github.com/CodeYourFuture/curriculum/pull/1170 - when the latter merges, and people have reviewed the former, I will make this mandatory in Data Flows Sprint 3 and close https://github.com/CodeYourFuture/Module-Data-Flows/issues/2
