What is the work that needs to be done? Our Register for class only includes people's names and email addresses. However, for fire safety reasons, the local communities would like to know who is in class in case there is an emergency.

We would need to add the selection of the cohort. We would need to make the list of names available per region, without email address, for a specific day.

Why is this work important to do? This ensures that in case of an emergency we can ensure everyone has left the building.
