Consider annotating backlog items with learning objectives

https://programming.codeyourfuture.io/user-data/sprints/2/success/ is quite sparse in terms of sprint learning objectives, because most of the work in the sprint was done as backlog tickets rather than prep blocks.

We've also found in CYF+ that assigning reading or exercises without learning objectives leads to it being less well directed, and it being less obvious which tangents are useful to go down or dig deep into vs skip over.

We may want to start requiring and collecting learning objectives for backlog items.
