Create a recurring Google calendar event and inviting (hide guest list so emails aren’t shared) all the trainees and volunteers

Changed old document that was in the workflow/event description because I didn't have access. I've requested it now. Created a new one. Unsure where to move it to. Where is the folder for files we can share with volunteers again? @caromelendezl
