Launch Volunteer Sign-up form

Background We have used multiple forms previously to sign-up volunteers for the Final Projects. It would be great to retire them and keep only a new one, if we think that is the right way to go

Acceptance criteria

• Identify all existent volunteer Final Project forms on our drive + Product Volunteers (this is a form Karen still uses for Tech Products, so we can rename it)
• Check out the Class Planner and understand if we can use it, instead of having a form
• Define which information is needed (bare minimum, let's avoid GDPR)
• Create the final solution
• Update the documentation to onboard/explain process

Is Class Planner fit for purpose? Short answer, no. It would need some tweaks to make it fit for purpose. On the applicant side, this would mean things like the ability to upload background information, e.g. experience level. On the management side, this would mean some admin tooling the review and approve people like a CRM 'reviewed', 'approved', etc.

However, this could be valuable in the longterm and we could propose it as a project for a team to take on during a final project soon.

Proposed form @RC-PM , do you think we can change it from upload your CV to add a link to your CV? This way we could save it in our drive.
