Define and Improve Retrospective #2

As part of the review of the final launch, there is a need to update the retrospective sessions.

For this issue to be resolved, there must be a sufficient retrospective workshop with a clear structure in the curriculum (this may be reused from an old workshop, if it exists, or designed from scratch). A sufficient retrospective workshop is one in which trainees have learned about how to evaluate past sprint performance to improve process efficiency, teamwork, workflows, interactions and the team's definition of done.

@nifhlana1 , this is the retrospective content we have right now. If you search the Curriculum for retrospective you can find other examples done in other moments during the course.

@kfklein15 I think that the content from the sprint 2 template still needs to be transferred to the curriculum i.e. from the sprint 2 template to sprint 2 on the curriculum. Should I make any changes to the retrospective on the template? Do you think we need a new ticket for transferring the content from the templates to the curriculum site?
