Briefings for Launch Module #22

Background We have briefings in multiple locations: old Syllabus, drive. And we need to decide where we should leave them in the best way.

Acceptance criteria

Define which briefings should be published where
Identify briefings that have been built and are in production vs ones that haven't been (might have been done previously, but not gone into prod for CYF)
Communicate with the Syllabus team for Portfolio Module (might be using the same briefings)
Ensure briefings are up-to-date
Update process documentation and/or Curriculum links
