Calendar and invites for the Module

Background We must ensure people come to the right places at the right times and have the online invite whenever needed. There are many options of how to do this: Class Planner, Messages on Slack with standard invite, create a Calendar for the module and Google Groups with people, any other ideas.

Acceptance criteria

• Understand how the current classes are organised
• Understand the best way of organising the Launch module invites
• Should be a simple and, as much as possible, automated process
• Document the decision process
• Update the documentation - Remind people that they should be in person in their location
