Background We will always have dropouts of trainees and volunteers. But trainees are the worrying ones since they won't graduate.

Acceptance criteria

Identify the drop out reason
Get PM and Tech Lead feedback
Talk to trainee
Formalise drop out with XX

Talked to Marcus and he will do the Launch Module again in October. He might still work with the team if we wants (very unlikely), but he won't graduate wth them FYI @girdenis-p @RC-PM @SallyMcGrath
