Background The Launch module is quite different, with more complex steps than what we had with Final Projects. We also want to ensure we have volunteers running each bit of it, so we want to have clarity of how long we believe this would take - and then pilot it

Tasks

[ ] Create a simple way of seeing phases in detail and estimation of time
[ ] Add number of volunteers needed (ratio and/or total)
[ ] Plan a possible pilot date

I have done the first version of the plan and tasks for prepping the Module (which we will be piloting). There is a lot of stuff we need to think about but would love your opinion on the doc. Feel free to add comments directly to it. @girdenis-p @RC-PM

We should run a mini-pilot in April - but not sure we have time to do it

@kfklein15 the document looks well thought out. I have offered a suggestion in my comment on the sheet but I'm not sure if this is the type of comments you're seeking.

Additionally, many of these could be converted into tickets for the project board, should we add tickets and set the link for in progress tasks to the ticket itself?

Perfect feedback, thanks @girdenis-p. Yes, I will raise lots of tickets in the coming days :D Then this planner will only have the "final" versions and no red.
