Get feedback on application process from trainees and volunteers. #57

Background

After having trainees send applications, receive feedback, and have interviews, we can see if trainees felt satisfied with feedback received and if they ran into any problems with the interviews or applications that we could tackle in a future iteration of the Launch. We can additionally ask for the volunteer thoughts on the process.

Acceptance Criteria

@kfklein15 @RC-PM What do you think of the feedback forms for the application process as seen by the trainees, and for the application process as seen by the volunteers. Do you think they ask everything necessary? Is there anything they are missing or that we don't need?
