Students can see and rate all topics in a lesson

As a student I want to see the topics of a lesson in my course So that I can rate my understanding of each topic.

Technical Requirements

Students should be able to rate their understanding of a topic at four times:

• Before the class
• After the class
• 3 days later
• 1 week later

Acceptance Criteria

When I login as a student...

• [x] ...and visit /lesson/:lessonId, I can see all of the topics in that lesson.
• [x] ... and visit the list of topics in a lesson, I can rate my understanding of each topic at any of the times.
• [x] ...and rate my understanding, I can save my changes.
• [x] ...and see the list of lessons in the dashboard (#132), I can click on a lesson to view the topics in that lesson.
• [x] ...and visit the list of topics in a lesson, I can go back to my dashboard.

Hi Nate, I understand that student should be able to rate each topic from 0-10. What can it be? Like select options, radio buttons or any suggestions?
