Updating homework.md files for JS1 weeks to reference changes in js-exercises repo

@sansaid @ChrisOwen101 I'm a bit confused about this PR. What's the status of it? Is it intended to be pointed at the london branch?

@40thieves, supposed to reference the updated homework structure for JS1, though I accidentally brought in a folder that should be kept in the London branch so will close this PR and open a new one.
