Description

All snippets using callbacks refactored to use Promises
String concatenation changed over to template literals
var -> const
Nested promise changes removed
Markdown updated wherever necessary to reflect updates to code snippets

@jackhclee I'm going to convert all callback functions in the then and catch blocks to arrow functions
