Chrome Extensions can display simple popup pages on click.
We can add a popup to the PageAction which could display some useful on the fly information:
Connected Status (Red, Green, Yellow lights with hover text)
Server Version
API Version
Extension Version
"Reconnect" button - to force a reconnect attempt.
"Options" button - Open the options page for the Extension.
"Dashboard" button - Opens a new tab visiting the dashboard page of the server
