Setup a demo site #181

What about setting up a demo instance so visitors can test the project?

Some ideas:

Mapping NGOs
Mapping disaster zones
Reporting bad customer service like Profeco (we could add some harvesters to 4SQ and Tw)

Chatting with @wilhelmbot it would be great to generate a demo with CIC's data cic.mx and see how it scales. What do you think @eddie-ruva @kurenn ?

The only issue is that CIC uses a 2 level category scheme, i.e. it has a first level of categories: Comunidad, Emergencia, Propuestas Ciudadanas, Seguridad, Servicios Públicos, Vialidad y Transito Then each one has subcategory.

We don't support subcategories currently. Should that be customisable?

Working with CIC data would not that be overengineering?, is practically the same.....
