Ctrl-S keybinding not working in Vim/Emacs mode #476

When using a non-default keybinding (Vim or Emacs), Ctrl-S does not work. Tried :w in Vim-mode but nope. ;-)

Other keybindings like those for New Terminal, or New File seem to work. Have not extensively tested other bindings.
