Otherwise a functioning instance running on NixOS. Minor issues:

[ ] mkdir -p ~/.codebox/packages
[ ] installation ease
[ ] reminder to perform: gulp build
[ ] document command line options

Solution: include websocket forwarding in nginx: https://www.nginx.com/blog/websocket-nginx/
