User registration fails with the test environment #265

After entering all data for a user, user registration fails with "There was a problem processing your request. Please try again.".

This might be related: Gamer Name list doesn't show up.

@christiannagel It seems to be a similiar problem like it was with Codebreaker.Blazor. We need a seperate configuration for the User-Service in the test environment in Azure.
