[Concept Entry] TensorFlow math

Reason/inspiration (optional)

We would like a new entry on the Math concept under TensorFlow. The entry should go in a new file under docs/content/tensorflow/concepts/math/math.md.

The entry should include:

An introductory paragraph that describes the concept
Explain the math module in tensorflow

Please refer to the concept entry template, content standards, and markdown style guide when working on the PR for this issue.

Hello @codecademy-docs! I was interested in potentially taking up this issue, but wanted to clarify before I did: is this issue aimed at explaining the tf.math module for using tensorflow with python (the public API for tf._api.v2.math namespace)?

Are examples needed or recommended for each and every "sub-concepts" to be presented? I remember my numpy tensor ops entry to include only explanations.

Hi @arisdelacruz explanation would do, if you would want to showcase one example use case, feel free to - otherwise, even explanation works. We'll add term entries for each once this concept has been submitted
