[Term Entry] Python NumPy - Math functions .nansum() #5244

We would like a new term entry on the .nansum() function of the math-methods concept in NumPy, Python. The entry should go in a new file under docs/content/numpy/concepts/math-methods/terms/nansum/nansum.md
