Remove obsolete branches #73

https://github.com/Codeception/c3/tree/1.8 and https://github.com/Codeception/c3/tree/master are stale for many years and could be removed.

Removed.

I created main branch that can be used for a new major version. 2.0 branch must be kept, because many links point to it.
