User registration page

Required tasks:

• [x] Linked from the front page
• [x] Form on the /registration page when a request is issued with GET method
• [x] The form ask for a username and password, then issues a POST request to /registration on submitting
• [x] After After submitting, the page redirects to the main page and the new user account is saved in the database.
• [x] A user account consists of an email address stored as a username, a password stored as a password hash, and a registration date.
• [x] A route created in the server.py (/registration)
• [x] There is a registration.html file, which contains the form
• [x] create password.py which contain a function that hash the password
• [x] In data_manager.py there is a query string which save the user email and hashed password in the database
• [x] There is a new table in the data_base (e.g user or something)

Extra tasks:

• [ ] Email and password validation with javascript
