UserSettings.json reverts to defaults if Windows BSODs on startup #149

Describe the bug I've observed a recurring problem where if Windows has a bluescreen on startup then my "UserSettings.json" file is cleared and reverted to default values.

To Reproduce Unfortunately the only way to reproduce the bug is to get a BSOD at startup. Then the next time you successfully boot into Windows you will observe that AutoActions' settings will all be cleared.

Expected behavior Preserving the original settings file in the event of a crash.

Additional context The BSODs happened because of Asus' buggy TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS WIFI BIOS 1413 firmware.
