Add more placeholders

Add the %Playtimes_total_hours% which refer to player's total hours, like if player plays 1 day and 4 hours, placeholder type 28 Hours or 28h and if you can make a raw version of it which shows only number, and make this with minutes and days.

Here is an idea. A placeholder which is the result of total hours - afk hours so pretty much the total hours besides afk time.
