What are the factors for determining the probability of a free car space? #2

Let's create a list of factors that we can use to create a formula for 'free car space' probabilities.

1.Number of cars per households in the area (if that's difficult so just the number of households)

2.Number of shopping malls/stadiums in the area (Any big public facility that can attrack a large crowd)

I'm from my phone and can't seem to find a way to edit after submission. Disregard number 3,had an idea but erased it in my head 😃

Just thought of something. Will we be showing ranking of the suggested parking lots? If so,we'll have to think of some random factor,so we won't turn all close users to the same one.
