Currently we have story intro and story body on the story view page. We need to separate those.

This is:

[x] remove story body from story view page, leaving just the story intro (as a p, not a blockquote)
[x] add way for user to navigate between viewing intro and viewing body
[x] add way for user to navigate back between viewing story body and intro
[x] full body view should only show one image
[x] put story title in header area container div

Originally had this todo:

[ ] the story full body view should include the full body and the featured quote (as a blockquote, after 2nd paragragh) - see #73 for style

But that's a bigger issue so I'll split it into its own (#78).
