If clients are responding to reminder text and admin's aren't responding to replies, can you publish that information publicly?

Hi Becca I'm jumping in as just got onto GitHub and am trying to get the hang of it! Is this a question about whether SMS messages can/should be available under freedom of information legislation? Or am I misreading your acronym here?

Yes and no to your question. I know the private client info shouldn't be available but in terms of the data we can collect and publish, what are your thoughts? Can we look at the numbers of texts successfully sent, and the number of clients that rely?

Hi Becca, to give you a general steer:

on the FOI point: everything we produce is subject to the FOI Act, but it does include exemptions from production, including privacy grounds
on the data point: assuming people can't be identified from the information, there's no reason we couldn't provide statistical information about usage of our services, including this one
