Can the second last question in the client feedback form be a yes or no question to simplify the process. Suggestion : Did the sms provide you with the relevant information? Yes or No. Then add another question : If No: what other information was needed?.............. #32

Client feedback form is canceled and feedback is collected over a short SMS survey.

Hi Rikke

The status information is very useful. Ringwood will send one sms at time of making the appt and then another a day or two prior to the appt. In this case, will we have both sent dates recorded?

As discussed, would it be possible to increase the number of sms sent in a day per person from 25 to 50? I await your response. Thanks.
