Hi Rikke
The status information is very useful. Ringwood will send one sms at time of making the appt and then another a day or two prior to the appt. In this case, will we have both sent dates recorded?

As discussed, would it be possible to increase the number of sms sent in a day per person from 25 to 50? I await your response. Thanks.
