Create Python Virtual Env with dependencies for ease of use #14

Because there are so many different ways to install python, it would be easier for people to run and test it on their own machines. I'm going to create a script to:

Create a venv (if it doesn't exist)
Install all dependencies (if not done)
activate the venv
