17 phrase extraction tweaks #18

Improved the phrase and NER collection:

No longer stores numbers, dates, and times
No longer stores WH-words and pronouns
Added an "exclude" wordlist for NER, phrases, and words
Phrases are now restricted to 2+ words
Added a "Words" display button which displays popular content words
Added an "Emojis" display button for fun. Pretty self explanatory
Updated requirements.txt for the emoji package.

There is always room for improvement, but I think this will make things look a bit nicer.
