Display total statistics #14

trees count
adopted trees count
trees count watered at least once
water poured so far in the current year
user ranking (name + water poured so far) (10 best)

Aggregation functions in backend might be required for this.

Or link or embed Grafana providing those statistics.

Integrate statistics from https://dashboard.codeforleipzig.de/d/leipzig-giesst-public/leipziggiesstpublic?orgId=3 (as IFrame is deprecated, the API approach should be used: https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/developers/http_api/dashboard/ )
